Paraphernalia question

    Is it risky having a bong, etc. mailed to USA from internat'l. retail stores and do online stores mail to the USA? I am in the Northeast.

    It does not become illegal until it is used for the first time. Up to that point it is just a water pipe. That being said, if a cop sees it in your house or car it does become probile cause to search you.
