well, about 2 weeks ago I threw up some seeds to germinate and left them outdoors. after my dad refused to release my medical records to me (he's my doctor, its got nothing to do with age or legality), I scrapped the project and stopped watering them. well, I just went out today and looked, and although the soil was dry as hell and I live in northern washington, 5 of them have germinated and of those 4 have their second set of leaves. all the stems are purple (from the cold I believe), but they seem to still be alive. needless to say I grabbed them and brought em indoors (just now), but I don't really have a good place to put them... oh well. I need a viable mother anyway and it would be a real waste to get rid of them because they're all bag seeds from various super-dank name brand strains. looks like today's the day for me to journey back to the accursed wal-mart and get a crappy cabinet and a few CFLs I'm a lucky motherf***er. I've talked to friends about getting my MMJ card, but looks like now's the time to shut the hell up lol. this is only my second grow and those things have been shocked to all hell (it dropped below freezing for the last 4-5 nights), but I know yall wanna know how badly you can abuse a weed and still have it produce. let's see! pics on the way.
let me see your doctor (dad) wont release your records and you don't see a legality issue??? technically you could sue him. sounds like he knows you want mmj card and he is standing in the way on purpose. have a lawyer draw up a letter and I'm sure a man being as educated as himself he wont want to pay you all his money and he will release them. as for your bud good luck don't know how well it's gonna work after letting them freeze for 4-5 days. might be too much cell damage that along with the shock of being uprooted and transplanted into different climate idk. stranger things have happened though.
Exactly, as long as you are 18, and even sometimes under the age of (though you shouldn't be on here if you are under 18), then you have a LEGAL right to those documents, whether your father, mother, brother, or wife are you doctor. What he is doing is ethically WRONG, preventing you from seeking treatment you want because of his own beliefs.
oh lol we're both well aware that I could sue him... and i'm not going to take it that far. the perks of staying on my parents good side are waaay too high. they're paying my tuition to go back to college... for the 3rd time and in the meantime i'm living in their multi-million dollar house toasting bowls on their back porch and eating all their food. its like with anything else... I know he was doing it because of his conscience and not maliciousness, so even though its illegal and pretty messed up I'm going to let him do what he feels is morally right and just find a different path. if he wasn't ready to go to court and fight all the way over it, he wouldn't have done it. yeah... I'm kinda worried right now about those little ladies. 4/5 have brown stems and one is reddish purple. I know that there were some purple plants in the variety pack of seeds, but i'm not sure thats not just due to freezing. to be honest I don't really care if they live or not at this point, its more of an intellectual thing for me and I don't have a good place to put them. but as far as I can tell, at least one of them is still alive and has grown slightly since yesterday and haha no he doesnt give me prostate exams, although he has given me physicals in the past. I'm also kinda screwed if i try and pursue it legally just because of who he is... he's a highly respected member of the community, and the judge would probably take one look at him and his credentials and tell me to go f*** myself.
what, for not wanting to sue my parents out of house and home? that would be a real douche move... I still owe them money for bailing me out the last time i made a big mistake. and they're gonna pay my college tuition. again. someone needs to see the sexual harassment panda episode, hmmm? where he turns into the don't sue people panda? maybe get some morals from the right tv shows for a change?
