Anybody grew or tried this strain? We have been growing it lately and were looking for some other opinionms on it and it's quality. We will reserve our official opinion on it for now and await feedback from others, but lets just say, we are not producing any more clones of it.
SLH Disappointment I have smoked some Super Lemon Haze that a friend of a friend grew. They hyped it up like it was the best thing since G13. It was pretty good looking, smelled faintly of lemon, and the flavor was pretty pleasant. As for the high it was just mediocre. Not very potent and I wasn't too impressed over all. I love a strain with a great smell and taste but it needs to have a decent high to go along with it. Here is a pic of the SLH I had.
Just harvested a single GHseeds fem superlemonhaze. Average yield, with large tight buds that are really heavily trichome coated. So, bag appeal would be high. Taste isn't what i was hoping for(only been in jars about ten days), having just grown lemonskunk and loved the taste and aroma. The high is good with more couchlock than i like and not as intensly cerebral as i prefer. Not going to grow it again as supersilverhaze and lemonskunk seperately were much more to my liking. But still very good smoke, glad to grow it. Overall- 7
I'm growing lemon skunk now. Read a lot of good reviews about it, and read A lemon Skunk (mother?) was used to create the Super Lemon Haze with a Super Silver Haze(male?) and that one gets excellent reviews also. I haven't yet had a chance to smoke either one yet, but based on reviews, I'd expect the two to result in a good strain.
