trimming

    is cutting some of the lower branches during 12/12 to get better and maybe bigger looking buds on the top

    most the people here are agasnt that due to there being fan leafs (if there are) on them that are soaking up the sun light

    i agree with outdoorchronic, and if you do want to trim it up a bit, make sure it is at least 4-5 weeks.

    Im not 100% sure but im thinking no. but if you follow the main stem all the way to the top and snip the tip off you'll get two buds on top instead of one

    with plants are tall and grow lanky i trim of lower branches during the first weeks of flower, but not fan leaves. I try to keep a few branches that will become colas. It is sometimes hard to predict and control the stretch. topping also works well with lanky plants. I try to time the stretch so i only leave nodes that are the closest together.

    I sometimes trim popcorn buds if I want to test the potency in varying stages of flowering. Sometimes it promotes larger flower production on the top of the plant as well, but not always.
