Soft white compact flourescents work

 

soft whites are better for flower, Cool whites for veg, but unless u have the new high tech flous (T5's), u gonna need alot for some good yeild

 

how long till they flower, and how would i get this plant to grow with compact fluorescents

u can put them in flower when ever u want, but wait for alternating nodes, and then the flowering prosses takes anywhere from 60-80 days.

well how many would i need for like 1-4 plants in a tiny space... 1 and a half feet tall, and about 3-5 feet wide

well...i dont have that kind of money...and wont they take up alot of space

well the cost is alot...

 

You can put like 4 of those compact bulbs in there and save up for a HID light and make sure you have it before you go into flowering. You wont have an awesome yield but you will have some buds...

 

would it be easier for me just to grow outside...

 

my first grow was done with all floros b/c i wanted to see how it worked out before i made a larger investment-i used cool whites(4 four foot tubes for 4 plants)-for veg-I then changed to 4warm plus 2 compact flors for 12/12-2 plants were female-we ended up with about an ounce yield(had some root binding problems towards the end of flowering)-anyway what you read about the fluffiness is true, however we had great smoke and i was happy with the outcome-for the second grow i have upgraded and their is a difference

 

how much though...i am on a strict budget, im pretty much broke, but i could sell some weed, i duno how much i would get for it though...
