For example, and this is to you to ms. b, Just last week at work, the place she is employed underwent a complete executive level staffing change. Well, she thought "Oh sheet!" because she is tight knit friends with the people who run the place at the top level. Well, they decided to cut each of the employees pay on floor 1 to compensate for the 5 dollar difference they were recieving over floor 2. She thought this was total bullshit as did I. I mean, she had been there for 3 years now and goes to school at the same time. Anyhow, she felt it was wrong, I mean it is! And she went to the old exec and complained. He stated that he still had ties to the company and would see what he could do. Come to find out, the president was a direct descendant of the person taking over, In fact, It was his brother! So, the old exec called his brother up, I dont know the contents of the convo, but it worked. Now every worker on those 2 floors recieve and equal pay and those making less now make the same amount as my girlfriends floor. I cant believe that it was that easy. There is just something bout a woman. She made so much sense when she explained it compared to how I would have done it. Anyway, Im gosh darn proud of her and every woman who stands up and keeps fighting!! agrowguy
