Stoner Movies

Someone recently whispered to me to watch this stupid movie "Super Troopers" I have to admit I laughed from the very first scene. There's been some good funny movies out lately. There was one on the premium channels called "Bongwater" which wasn't half bad because it had Jack Black (of Shallow Hal) in it.

I think one of the weirdest I've seen recently is "Flirting With Disaster" where Lily Tomlin and Alan Alda play acid dealer and a FBI agent accidently gets the spiked food plate.

Anyway.. anybody else have any funny recommendations?

I like HALF BAKED.

 

Dazed and Confused is good to, the soundtrack is better though. I also like Zoolander.. Ben Stiller is the funniest, also Van Wilder is good too. And if you have a girlfriend/wife take her to see Lilo and Snitch... brownie points in the bag there.. if you cry thats ok. I didn't : ) ehhe

It isn't a comedy, but DAMN Go kicks ass...ah...ah..so good...

 

Yes, all top flicks. I also thaught Human Trafic was well done and easy to relate to.


Other good movies: Snatch, Lock Stock, Trainspotting, The Slim Shady Show and Up In Smoke Tour.

 

HALF BAKED

 

There's a pal of mine and we recommend movies to each other and sometimes watch them stoned. There's some bizarre one's out there like "Freeway" with Reese Witherspoon and "Modern Romance"


We are especially fond of watching the Godfather movies, Casino, and Goodfellas.

i agree with happyjay, lock stock and two smoking barrels is a great movie, if you haven't seen it u should. dazed and confused is my all time favorite comedy. i did not like that movie Bongwater, except for the part where jack black takes a bunch of acid and runs around the woods. what about Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas? am i the only one that thinks this is a great stoner movie?

 

How about an old classic...."The Wizard of Oz" with the "Dark Side of the Moon" playing in sinc? Also "The Wall"....Great for stoners of all ages....

 

Did no one remember the classic "Alice in Wonderland"?? That is THE MOVIE when you are stonned. "Rat Race" and "The Matrix" are also big laugh winners.

 

freeway is a crazy fucking movie. i personally like jet li movies like, "kiss of the dragon," and "the one." they're fucking sick to watch while baked.

1. Where the Buffalo Roam - my favorite movie its the prequel to fear and loathing but the main character is played by Bill Murray. The best fucking mover ever


2. Fast Times at Ridgemont High - All i have to say is Mr Spicoli made the movie


3.How High - Why didnt anyone else list this come on guys WTF.


4. Joe Dirt - I have seen this movie more than any other Mullets are hilarious when im stoned.


5. Dont be a Menace to South Central - Funny as hell


6. Mallrats - jay and silent bob.

clockwork orange, fear and loathing, predator( I LOVE PREDATOR!)

 

I really liked "House On Haunted Hill" It scared the hell out of me when I was high. I jumped 5 feet in theair a few times. I like those scary movies when I'm baked.

 

i didn't think "house on the haunted hill" was scary at all, if you really wanna see a scary movie then go out and rent "Event Horizon" a freaky ass show.

 

no you want to see a horror movie go see "8 mile"
