Pot under a big fake rock.

this reminds me about the time i came across a fake rock with a grow box inside.

stupidily for me i decided to play on this rock and it gave way, trapping me helpless inside.

i 100% am sure this rock will be a success, but i feel a warning sign clearly displaying the dangers of the 'rock' to passers by. i feel its just your duty.

Yea, really that is pretty stupid. Could I grow a plant (a big one) in my water heater. I'd turn down the temp of course. see just as stupid.

i'm glad to say, i've come a long way with these plans - no thanks, of course, to these smartasses on here. and in the end i'll have around 100-150 sqr ft of grow space, instead of only 8 (the growbox i made for my cannabonsai project)

as for the rest of you, i appreciate you being open to new ideas.

When i replied I was only looking at the 1st page. The forum here at growkind.com is the only forum i've ever seen setup that you have to go back to the orignal post to see the other pages or a thread going. The rock ideal is not a dumb as I thought after seeing pictures. You should have been alot clearer in your first post. But, the ideal really doing it. I think it would be easier to buy a house with a basement.

i was pretty sure that i had covered most of it,
but i'll go back and check.

it's realy not as difficult as one would think.
the rock is realy, only for hiding the growbox
and maybe for insulation when its colder.
i think thats what needs to be clarified;
this is just an outdoor growbox, with something
to mask it.




i think the human brain doesn't accept some things,
like "fake rock" - if your first thoughts were as mine
then your responce was, ~what the hell does it mean 'fake rock'~  
so i can understand why somepeople would answer
the question - insane! i would the same, if i
didn't know what i've learned sence i started
this topic.

You wanna know sumthin' Eyeballed...you may be a little off course on yer' political trail...but you are certainly batting a thousand here with this idea...and I am not being sarcastic. Truly, I think this is an excellent idea...here's why...

  First off...people most generally don't think of grows being undertaken inside of a rock, hence yer' already one up on the sneaky pete who might think you must have sumthin' growing sumwhere...I mean, who in their right mind, would ever think you had mj growing in a "mock rock"...god I love the way that sounds...almost sounds like an album title for my second release, from my current project with "The Hangin' Chads"...Mock Rock...gotta certain ring to it.

 Anyways, so with the veil of deception thrown down...with this "mock rock"...right out of the gate you would have already thrown the rippers or snoopers a curveball...and I love it.

Please keep me posted on yer' developments with this idea...I will begin researching a bit too...let ya' know what I find out. Suffice to say...Eyeballed...this idea rocks...no pun intended.

i'm not realy on a political trail, i think the whole damn system is flawed - from bottom to top bottom: local, state, and federal, and even worldwide. and there's no doubt, i would be a mugwump, if the other parties would get off the stump. though still i would see these nations as destined to fail. there has yet to be a nation which has not. even as we, wholey, incline in knowledge, we decline in morality and peace. this is why any 'road to providence' will be to known to me as a road to perdition. its all part of the devolution of mankind.

kinda along the same line as you, i always keep my stash away from the house (as i am a suspected drug dealer and the cops have straight flooded my house before... bastards) so i got smart. i dug a 4ft by 2 ft rectangle and built a box (with a lid and a latch and a lock) to slide in there perfectly. now, anyone can come to my house and look where they want... unless they wander in the woods and find this box (which is under a mock 6inch slab of dirt and a mock rock) so i don't know about growing in a massive meteor rock... but if nothing else... store some **** up in there! (scales bongs, the works) also... if anyone wants to hear my story about the po po... its a good one, just write a response and maybe i'll post the story. (yes i did get away and completely fooled the bastards... fuckers)

 

I didn't see all the stuff that people had said on the thread review... looking at your idea and thinking (since i'm also simmilarily in the woods) i have masssssssive rocks back in there... and one rock as a peculiar hole in in that leads way way back in there... so technically (I didn't realize how big you planned on making it) it would work... real well in the right setting. If you could paint it to match surrounding rocks you could make a massive half burried rock if you want. I guess it all depends on how much time and mula your putting into it (not like you wouldn't get that profit back out) if you moved some earth and half burried your rock... then damn, if you wanted you could just make a cave with a pretty big mock rock entrance... you could get real creative with this. also, mr. mom is right about the solar powered... anything to keep the police's eyes off you. if you could get some solared power stuff going you could greatly reduce electricity cost (though it's expensive as hell to get it in the first place) anyway, rock on man (literally ) and keep me/us informed... i'm real interested!

About the rock idea. I don't like it. Seems unnecassary unless you are doing some large scale growing. I just don't see the point unless you are growing and selling a large quantity. Besides if I come across a fake rock I'll know it.

Eventually I'm going to just build an outdoor shed big enough for a darkroom and a growbox. 20'x10' maybe. Most of the space will be dedicated to the darkroom. I just grow for myself though.

 

So fishman... you want to hear the story... alright then i'll dispense it . To make a long story short when i was wheelin and dealin it was my number one policy to have customer satisfaction (believe it that i ran that **** like a real business) so if you needed it i could get it to you, one night this woman needed some so i told her i'd drop it in the mail box (bad idea number 1) and she could just pay me the next day... well one bag was for her and 2 for her 2 friends, so i split up 3 bags and plopped them in teh mailbox like i had done many times before... somehow (still to this day it astounds me) she got high and forgot to come get her weed... how you could just forget to pick up your bag... its beyond me. so the next day the postal service came and reported me to the po. I drove home and in the driveway accross the street from my house was an unmarked van... green ford windstar all tinted windows no driver, something struck me as odd, so i passed by my house (and about 1/8 of a mile passed my house there is a development) and in that development was a black acura (tinted windows) a unmarked white chevy van and 2 k-9 units, immediately i **** a brick... I was obviously on a list and the cops new it... just could never do anything about it, and this was their chance. Well i wasn't going to let that happen (since in my hosue was 2 lbs. a scale, 3 plants (not to mention some blow in my brothers room (since he didn't want to have it at college and i let him stash it at my house)... all in all i would have been fucked, royally. but my quick thinking mind wasn't going to give up, so i met a friend in a walmart parking lot in my local city... we drove back pass my house (about 15-20 mins after i drove by my house) now there were twice as many cars (it beats me why they would be soooooo obvious... but wahtever) the black acura, white van, 2 k-9's were there... where there was 1 for windstar, there were now 2... the green one and a purple one. up the road about 1000 feet from teh windstar were 2 all black chevy suburbans with all black tinted windows and 2 black tauras's all black tinted windows... now i knew if they had a warrant they'd be in my house soon... so my friend and i drove to a development about 1-2 miles behind my house (lucky its alllll woods until my house) he dropped me off at the end of the development and i booked it. Went in the back door (which was scary as hell cause had they had my property under servailance then they would storm the house 30 seconds after i went in the back door (it was slightly drizzling so my pants were soaked with mud and i wouldn't have an explanation for why they had mud on them). i went in... bear crawled to my room to avoid windows, got everything out and into my coat and booked back to my friends car. no more then 30 seconds into getting into his car a cop came down the development (they were just kinda circling around my house) but luckily we got out with everything (now was the fun part) because i had beaten them i had an overwhelming sense of power... "thats right, i fucked you guys over" is all i was thinking. my friend and i dropped the stuff at his house and went back for my car. we drove past my house on the way to get my car and all of the cars had disappeared... they were all gone, so i got my car and headed home (just to be careful) i looked ALLLLLL around my house for cops... i mean everwhere... i looked down all my neighbors driveways as far as i could... went down all the way down the development the cops were sitting in... i checked EVERYWHERE and none of the cars were there anymore. so i thought maybe they gave up (they probably did this for a reason, a false sense of comfortability so they could trap someone into going home... which is a good technique) also remember... throughout this whole story i never realized it was the mailbox that did it to me... i thought that they finally had some proof on me and were waiting to pounce, which made things a little more tense. God damn luckily i didn't check the mail when i pulled in that could have done me in for sure. I didn't even get halfway down my 300ft driveway when the acura pulled in with 2 suburbans behind it... the suburbans pulled side by side in a narrow part of the drive to block me from escape and the acura came all the way to my doorstep. Heres where **** gets good, damn near everything they did that day was illegal... first off i was under 18, you can't interrogate a minor without a guardian present. second they never asked if they could "enter" the hosue... they asked if tehy could ask me a few questions... and when i agreed they just came in behind me (you must as to enter the house "may we come inside?") 3rd, they threatened me... threatened to "tell my school" "tell my parents" and "take you to court" if i didn't comply with them, admit it was mine in the mailbox and give up some names. Well i'm no snitch and i'm certainly not stupid, they kept imp it was mine (which is also illegal) when i told them it wasn't. They threatened to tap my phone and look up my phone bill and cross reference the calls from the last 30 days and all this other ****... it was all just mindgames to get some teenager to get scared and give in... well after all this "enough was enough" so i told them the truth, that it didn't matter whether it was mine or not... the mailbox isn't my property... they insisted it was until i asked them a simple question: "if someone bashes a mailbox... is it a federal offense?" they knew right then an there they were screwed, you see your mailbox isn't yours... you paid for it but its on the roads... which is the governments. they were pissed and insisted this wasn't ture... but i had had enough so i told them if they weren't going to stop asking the same questions and threatening me that they must leave, so they did... and that was that... i saw undercovers driving by my house for the next 15-20 days... and obviously stopped dealing (because one close call is one call to many) anyway... hope this put a smile on some of your faces to hear how a simple minded 16 year old outdid "the system" remember... the police are the devil =P. someone comment just so i know i wrote this whole thing for a purpose! haha cya guys!

 

Good story. Even if it's not true. As a teen I seen so many friends give in to the same **** you were just talking about. The po will say "your friend told me eevrything". And dumb kids will believe it. I think I'll keep all my weed in the mailbox from now on! LOL
