Growing indoors with 11 NL#5's plants ..and for the first time I can remember I have 9 males and 2 females!!! Totally depressed. What everyones opinion? Should I just let them all flower and deal with just OK smoke + thousands of seeds or do I cut down and forget about them? Damn I need to learn how to clone! Thanks to all. :( :(

definitely clone. with two good females, and a pair of sharp scissors, you are guaranteed at least 11 survivors if you do it right.

what kind of light are you running?

400w HPS. You think I should toss out the males? If I clone the females I take it that I would continue flowering the females so I can have some smoke in a few weeks. How long before clones produce?

if you are early in flower and have just sexed them, you can clone and re-veg them, getting them up to the size you want using the training method of your choice. once they go back into flowering, they will all be of course genetically identical to the mother and will take exactly as long to flower.

the farther along you are in flower the harder it will be to get them to root. it will also take longer in general. BUT, cloning allows you to "own" the strain for as long as you want to grow it, and opens up awesome options for training them. i use jog, and it lets the whole plant recieve equal light. no more popcorn nugs and stretched out lower branches. in fact there really are no "lower branches".

this and other great methods are for clones only, another reason to give it a go.

The males aren't a total waste. Cut them, dry them and make butter with them. Good cookies.
