Thank you Misti. Sometimes it amazes me how grown adults can act like they never got out of grade school. What gets me is that people think we're here to babysit. How soon they forget that myself and the mods are just members like the rest of you that happen to volunteer our time to help keep this place running smooth. If people feel the need to see who has the bigger dick they can do so elsewhere....If I see dicks hangin' out I'm just gonna start cutting them off from now on. Misti...I understand and trust me....it's not gonna go there. Problems are being dealt with as best they can....when we can. Personally....I've not seen any death threats so that's just one man's word against another. Not saying it didn't happen mind you...just that I can't go banning people cause someone tattles on them AFTER they chose to participate in shits slinging themselves. I've had MY life threatened on here...COUNTLESS times....trust me. But ya know...I'm still here....imagine that. How in the HELL is someone even gonna carry out such a threat? Please enlighten me because I just don't see how it can be carried out. Sorta like a hockey game, the guy that retaliates almost always draws the penalty. Then once you have been warned to the point of "temporary" banishment do not come back,and register under seven different names,and continue flaming.

about the rant Canna. Sometimes I do feel like a bartender with a bunch of drunks wanting to duke it out. Frankly...I could give a fuck either way if two people wanna kill each other, but I have to maintain peace in this place as do the other mods. If that means throwing people out on their ear till they sober up then so be it. I try my best to like everyone around here and I don't wanna see ANYONE have to go. That's not how I run things. I am as fair as they come, but I'll also crawl up your ass if you give me grief and trust me...you won't like my impatient side very much. I'm easy going and I give lots of slack....so long as that slack remains loose we got no problems....draw it taunt and expect a slap upside the head right before you meet the pavement. It's not personal...it's business. I like to have a calm peaceful place to come and chill as well, but trying to get this many people to cohabitate is tricky business at best, and must be handled delicately. Funny thing is...many like to complain about how things are done, but few are ready to take on that challenge themselves. Stand in our shoes if ya got something to say...if not...then please allow us to do our thing. Things don't change overnight, but they do change if you give it time and trust the people that really go out of their way to make this a happy place for all.

 

i take it back, you mods do a bloodey marvelous job around here, i just sometimes get pissed at the bullshit thats being thrown around the boards, its sometimes hard to ignore when its a fuking shitfest, peace mods keep up the good work

It ain't no thang Misti. Everyone just needs to understand that we're doing the best we can with what we have. I know it doesn't please everyone all the time, but that's never gonna happen.....in ANY case. We may let some fist fights go for a lil while, but once blood is spilled...we'll step in. Sometimes ya just gotta let people work it out and get it out of their system....otherwise the shit never stops. That's when bigger problems arise. What fun would this place be without the diversity we have here....even with the more colorful personalities we have floating around. We ALL are guilty of getting a laugh or two out of the drama queens. I promise we'll do our best to keep things balanced....good or bad, but we won't play babysitter nor do we wanna people piss and moan. If you have a legitimate complaint.....bring it to us in a professional manner and we'll deal with the issue. If ya chose to brawl in the open forums and can't stop when one of us asks you to....be prepared to sit in the penalty box for a while to think about things. How long you sit there depends on how we feel about the infraction. Repeat infractions will result in permanent bannishment from this site. If ya can't play nice you're not welcome. It's that simple.
