Hey, Ok my roomy and me are wondering what would happen if we started to grow marijuana in our isolated backyard. The question is, if we are successful in getting 1 or 2 plants going as an experiment, what's the chance of seeds from the plant spreading and reseeding somewhere else in the backyard. Will it begin to grow wild on its own. or do the seeds have to be planted a certain way, so the spread of it is not really an issue. I know its a retarded question, but one that we don't have an answer to. Jones
well you could avoid this by making sure that all your plants are female so they wont be pollinated by males therefore they wont create any seeds.
ya you don't want to keep a male around your babies they will fuck up your potency, cause pollenation cause the plant to slow THC production cause thats the one of the main reasons females produce soo much is because it is to enhance the plants ability to catch pollen grains in the air
we have pot that grows wild in my area mostly around the rail road tracks it just grows people go and try to pick and smoke some now and again but it sucks and they only doo it once how it got there is that they used to load raw hemp(whole plants) onto rail cars (thats why it mostly grows by train tracks) and i guesse that seeds would wiggle loose and fall through holes in the train car. the hemp industry quit about a hundred years ago here but the plants still show up and the govornment is trying to get rid of it evey year they have guys that cut it down where it grows and burn it but they cant get rid of it so what i am trying to say is that weed is a weed once it gets introduced it sticks around and will grow wild for a long time but yeah b just kill the males and you wonte have to worry about weed poping up all over the neighbor hood next year
