    Supplies...
A humidity dome and tray, dip n grow or other root stimulator,a nail, your rockwool cubes (1.5x1.5x1),and razor blades.

Soak your cubes in 5.5 ph'd water with superthrive.for 24 hours.

Now this is a very important thing to do if you wanna get your babies to root quicker...when you grab a cube out of the ph'd water, give it a good few shakes...(imagine washing your hands and you know how you fling your hands to get off the excess water...well this is the same concept) shake your excess water off the cube inside of the bucket of cubes...you don't want your cube too wet nor do you want it too dry...you want it to where when you fling the cube slightly, barely any water shakes off...so it should feel a lil light...or you can just simply squeeze em.

After you got the extra water out of the cube...this is where your gonna need something to poke thru the already poked hole that comes in the cube...you don't want it too fat so that it makes a big hole...find something that fits right into the pre holes...I use a long nail...you want to push that nail into the hole until it touches the bottom of the cube...have a finger at the bottom so you can feel it hit the bottom surface...now you don't want to poke all the way thru the cube, just at the bottom of it...that's the purpose of having your finger at the bottom of the cube... The reason for this is so that it's easier to push your cutting thru the cube...you might grab a cut and the stem is kinda soft and bends or even worse, snaps before you can push it to the bottom...so by pre poking your holes, it will make it 100% easier to work it in there...

After you get all the cubes shook off and the holes poked...you should line up the cubes in the trays...

Dig in and grab your clones.

Now take your razor blade and cut a 45 degree angle at the bottom, and only leave 2 sets of leaves. Next, skin the bottom 1.5 inches of the stem very carefully....just remove the skin.

Dip the clone in the solution or your root powder.

Be careful pushing the clone in the hole....make sure your hole is big enough.

Now once you filled up your tray...slap the acrodome ontop of em...Don't spray em this is another important thing to do to make em root faster...and as a matter of fact your not gonna spray em at all...i know it is said by alot of growers to spray em atleast once a day, but trust me Don't spray em not even once...ina lil bit they make the dome foggy by their selves...and this will be enough humidity for em to perk up... The purpose of squeezing majority of the water out of the cubes and not spraying em, makes the cuttings have to force themselves to produce roots...if you keep the cube too wet and the cuttings misted daily...your actually spoiling 'em, so that they don't have to try that hard FORCE THESE LIL BABIES INTO MATURITY!!! Don't trip about them wilting like this...it's normal...once you put the dome on they'll perk back up. Don't use a seedling mat or it will dry the cubes very quickly...if your room stays 70-75 degrees. If it's colder use a seedling mat and don't shake out the cubes leave them fairly wet. Then put them under 24 hrs of FLORESCENT lighting placed just above the dome.
