My first plant ever, is it female?

thanks guys... i have only 1 plant growing atm.... first 2 i did my timer was jacked on the water pump for the hydroponic garden and they dried out...but things are all good now and this one looks better every day... will put up some pics when i have some good bud showing....

im not sure what kind it is... i got some killer hydro awhile back.. had 3 seeds in the whole oz. got lucky on this one being a female... it has alot of small bud sites everywhere though. each with a bunch of whit hairs


but my first time growing so cant compare

 

yea its my first time here too buddy.. i got 4 NL's goin.. strictly female in there.. got two 2 footers (or just shy of), a 14 incher, and a 10 incher..


they're all hairy and for the first time, im seeing what i see on these boards with my own eyes.. got to see em grow from seed too so it has been an experience.

 

grats on yours bro... pics? its been fun for me to.. people come to my house and ask whats stinks...lol and i only have 1 plant cant imagine 40 plants...ooo my light just came on gotta go check it out....

easy are you doing hydro? my problem is im in 7 days into the flowering and its still growing atleast 2 inches a day and sucking up a gallon of water a day... was only 1 gallon a week during growth... is that normal? im running out of room in my closet... i have a 400 watt swithable lighting system... was mh during growth now its hps

yeah, i'm growing one in hydro, and the other three are in soil. i dont seem to be having the water problem like you though, the res should hold for at least 2 days imo.. and for the growing of your flowering plants, its natural.. you could put an MH in there to try n stop the stretch from happening for the first 2 weeks, but i havent.. lol cuz i have 7 ft of vert space.. anyway, nice pics.. sure do wonder though, what strain ur growin..

edit: i use an electronic ballast and use mh for veg as well
