    are you feeding them?

if you are, you need to flush right away, could be early signs of nute burn.

three feet away is far I believe..

clones seem to resist rooting frrom what I see in my experiences then they seem to get busy with the roots.

I like liquid kelp on them myself.

So consider the light closer and some reflective walls around the plant to bounce some of the light energy back at the plant.

Death of old growth is fine if there is new growth IMO

    That's just a suggestion.

I couldnt agree more...the only thing I recommend is this: Stopping the death of the old growth by fixing the problem before it reaches the new growth.

    flushing predicament

I have a similar problem with my latest brood. The only thing is, when I soaked the rockwool I used a veeery weak nute solution. I'm trying to figure out an easy way to flush these cubes without disturbing these girls too much. Obviously I can't leave the cubes soaked...hmmm.

Anyone tried something like this before?

    Am I up Sh!+s creek?
