    Just don't kill your air flow for the mylar, but it is good shit. You need air flow, too!! some people make a bubble, kill the airflow, then get extra heat n' spores and yuk!! otherwise, it is da' shizzie.

    i remember when i first got mylar. i didnt wanna spend too much money or drive all the way to my hydro shop, but i wanted real mylar. i found some at a party supply store in sheets and i swear my girls perked up immediately.

    YEAH i drove down to the local shop. he is helping me build my system up. got a roll and som othe random things. next on list is a blower and a vent system for my hood but is there wronge ways to hang it up like push pins or do you tape it or adhesive spray what is best way

    Just a quick note about mylar, I'm a windowtinter and the film is mylar, I dont know how much that stuff cost in the store, (Home Depot, Lowes), but if you go the a auto parts store you can find mylar with another name, "tint", just make sure your buying residential film, reflective silver is the Shizzle. It's the same shit, just a differant name. Just for more info, feel free to ask about mylar, I have 20 years of expirence working with that shit. Chi ne he

    I wouldn't use auto "tint" mylar. Real mylar is totally impervious to light and comes in different thicknesses. Obviously the thicker the better for a grow room. Window tint can be seen thru from one side and from the other depending on lighting can sometimes be seen thru as well. It's also very thin. Window tint whether it's reflective silver or not is not 100% reflective.
