'lo all... Getting verrrry close to harvest; Question: Would it be any benefit to move her out from under the lights? Cut her "daylight" hours down? Increase her daylight? Advice? Greg
there has been some experimenting done with leaving the plant in total darkness unfed/watered for three days before harvest an some people say it gives a noticeable difference. flushing is a must though, to help rid your plant of any nutes, and cause it to suck resin from stems and leaves and put it into your buds.
I think Jimmy is spot on with this one. The way I see it is like this.....light is what builds buds so keeping light away is not going to help build buds. I've done just about every crazy thing you can think of and the only thing I found to be of benefit is to let the soil dry out well after the flush. This will help increase resin production as the plants try to prevent themselves from drying out that way. Cutting the light does not have any positive effects from what I have seen though.
