I just recently read the article on Security 101! Amazing article and i think is deffinately the first thing any wannabe cultivator should read! Utter amazing!

To add on that article i want to tell you how to get out of any jail time or anything major when you are caught!

Knock Knock Knock "who's that..."
It's the police. Something we are all frightened of hearing early in the morning! But it may not be about the cannabis your grwoing in a closet or your loft! So act kool, keep it clean and look them in face and genuinely looked surprised to see them, but not GUILTY!

If they say "we have belief that you are growing cannabis on this property!" Show them where it is, and offer to make them a coffee! If your polite, keen to help etc they do look upon this during your sentancing! Chances are they will be quite sociable to you and talk through the procedure!


How many is enough...
That is summut that is tough to answer! Remember if your growing 20 plants and you argue it is for personnel use they will look at you gone out! 10 plants is enough to sell some on to cover cost and at the same time enough for you to argue personnel use! Look back on all the prison convictions! No one who has grown more then 19 plants has ever stepped into jail in Britain! With less then 19 your looking for a slap on the wrist, a suspended sentence or just a fine!
The more you have, the more of a risk for prison there is!


It's not mine...

Find an escape goat! Pick a member of your family who has a knee problem, a back problem or anything that requires marijuana to ease the suffering. My escape goat at the moment is my grandmother. She is dying of cancer so i'm growing to ease her suffering! To be honest i'm growing to smoke loads and loads and make a bit of money! But you imagine how many people on the jury are gonna not take pitty on ya? It sooo works!


What!!? It's illegal to grow it...?
Denial works all the time. At uni i'm always using that excuse..."What... it's due in today?" and i always get some extra days! Trust me, in Britain the law is dodgy... you can buy the seeds, you can buy the lighting and fuck... you can even buy packs that say... "GROW WEED" and it is illegal to grow? Mention that and then the following question will roll of the lips of the judge...

Why do you need to grow the illegal substance
If the relative with chronic back pain excuse didn't work out to plan! Go in for the kill! Mention the fact that you don;t want to fund drug dealers because they should be off the street! Right about here you tell the jury how much you hate the scum on the streets and you refuse to buy off dealers because you don;t know what they do to it!


Evidence
Never ever ever ever keep scales and cannabis in the same room! If it possible use the ones in the kitchen you have providing they are good enough! As soon as they find scales and weed you have pissed on your own strawberries! Your fucked! And do you want to know what else will nail the coffin lid shut! , weed, scales in the same house! Never pre bag! Always wait till you get an order... weigh it out pack it off and wash your scales! If the scent isn't striong enough for the dogs to pick up the smell you can go scott free!


Remember...all they want to do is get rid of the cannabis on the street so they can fuck you over! However, if there are no spliffs on the streets...alot of people will go to harder drugs so the police actually are very leniant!

Mainly...don't boast you know everything! Don't be rude! Be polite and paint a picture of yourself that will make people think..."awww...he is actually a real nice guy after all!" And more importantly... if you get caught look back and find out why? You will find it's in your small community or someone who knew too much!

What is the typical punishment for having an 1/8 on you in th USA?

 

Well in Cali possession of under 23 grams is only a $100 fine but it all differs between the states. See in Louisiana possesion of any amount is 6 months in jail and a $500 fine. If you don't have a med card in a california cultivating any amount is 16 months in jail.

...kinda like that black kid that's about to get life long for putting some punk in his place. Or my friend who went spent 4 years in prison for stealing 10 bucks. Or another friend of mine who was wrongfully acussed of rape, he was facing 5-15 years, he still had to plead guilty in order to get a drastically reduced sentence because it was too risky if he were to go to trail. The American Judicial System is all fucked up.


WTF? Its like they force people to admit to something they didn't do, just for the hell of it. And when they have enough evidence, they try to fuck people over to the maximum possible degree.


a little off topic, but they're both close friends and therefore the American Courts really piss me off.

 

Last I read was here in ontario anything under 25 plants is a fine. I tell ya I wouldn't want to live there.
