I remember reading something about this in a post before but i can't seem to find that post again :icon_confused: Is there any legal consequences that could result from this or do you just get a note of seizure?
you just get a letter enclosed with the package saying customs has taken the contents of your package. they also give an 800 phone number you can call to request your goods back! don't call!
about three months ago i asked a friend on the mainland to send me some of his seeds,he sent 15 purple somthing,not sure .the seeds were in a cd case with cotten so they dont rattle.i never recived it. then two weeks ago i recived a certified letter in my po box,from the dep. of agg.i never signed for it. funny thing my friend picked an adress at random from the phonebook as a return.not to sure what it is. my guess its a seazure letter.anyhow i dont clame the prize waiting at the dep. of agg.i guess the'll plant them in the breakroom.
if you put it on yourself like tape it on your leg or something you wouldnt risk them taking your seeds.if they want the seeds their gonna have to reach up on your balls and whatnot.
US Customs I am having problems with customs myself. I have been seeing my family doctor for back and hip pain for a few years now. They were prescribing me Tramadol for my pain. They recently told me they wouldnt be prescribing me any narcotics. I have taken anti inflammatories, muscle relaxers, and other otc pain meds. The tramadol is the only thing that eases the pain. So I decided to order some online from a Canadian pharmacy. I placed my order about 11 days ago. I have been tracking my shipment on at UPS. My package was being processed by customs for almost a week before I was sent an update saying it was cleared and was outbound from customs. The online pharm isnt giving me much info besides its in the USPS hands now. I paid $100 for the package, so Im hoping i get it. Im not sure if it was seized or is making its way to my door. I sure hope to get it soon tho. Im takin a lot of risk buying pain meds off the street. Anyone with experience dealing with customs plz let me know what u think. GF
You will still receive your package. If customs opened it to inspect the contents, they place bright neon green tape on it to seal it back up. Cant miss the green tape that says US CUSTOMS on it. Also, if they removed anything from the package, there will be a note inside as someone above stated. The note will simply say the package contained contraband and customs has seized it. No big deal really.
Don't know about the prescription meds, but I heard they stopped sending customs letters out for the seeds. Me personally, I haven't received any customs letters for the seed orders that I've never received..... 8 months and counting.
It is illegal to import meds to the usa.. They come from India. I know that a lot of illegal packages make it past Us customs, so Im hoping my make it alright. Is it normal for a delay at customs for processing.. this seemed like the longest delay (about 6 days) in my shipment.
Oh yea, they'll just open it take your shit put you a letter in their telling you there the drug dealers in town, not in those words, and that's about it.
I am not to sure about importing painkillers from canada. Did you have a perscription??? I know alot of people that tried to order without a script and they got ripped. You CAN NOT get painkillers without a script. Most of those companies will take your money and send an empty box. They say "i dont know what happened it was shipped. Customs must have got it" In all actuallity they never sent it. There are some quality pharmas. out there just be real careful.
I have as recently as this summer. They do indeed still send letters. If you never got a letter your seeds were probably never shipped.
I had a scri[t from my family doctor.. the pills are shipped in from india, but its a canadian online pharm.. I was desperate obviously when i ordered em. I shoulda done my research before ordering. I will be real surprised if i do get them. But im not counting on it.

Thew only time my seeds were messed with? they came to my PO, and they were powder in the CD case, that I mailed to myself while in Canada. Hey peeps I got my order today.. My girl signed for it.. The pills came in blister packs.. I ordered 90 pills and they sent me 110. One problem the outside of the packaging ( the blister packs) say Tramadol Sustained Release Tablets, 100mg. That is what I ordered. But when I popped a pill out of the pack it was just a blank yellow pill. No markings at all. Im not sure if this is because they came from India, and they dont mark their pills or what? I tried to do all the research i could but I couldnt come up with anything relevent. Im not sure I wanna take them until I figure out what exactly they are.. Im almost sure they are the right pill but I thought it was kinda weird that the pills had no markings. If anyone has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated. The packagining looks legit, looks like something u would get from a doc, just a little iffy.. Im gonna wait a day or so before I try them I think. Well atleast I got em.. Im sure theyre the real deal, but if anyone knows why they have no markings on them, please let me know. GFAM
Look that stuff up on Vaults of Erowid, Web MD, and I'm VERY sure there are better ones than I'm aware of, but there often are different spins on stuff. It most likley is what you wanted, if they were going to jack you? why send you anything but I'd do some sniffing about online, and I betcha you will see its another producers version. I love, uh, I mean I need Valium from time to time, and I find there are many spins on it. I hope it checks out with your research.
I have been doing a lot of searching online. I cant find anything. I have been trying to contact the company I ordered from also. The company that exports the meds is in india and there company name was on the packaging so I tried researching them. Heres a link to their site. Basically sounds like a lab type place where they just manufacture different chemicals and substances.. Sounds like they just make the shit right there and put it into pilll form.. very odd.. I also read on erowid that Tramadol isnt a scheduled drug but u have to have a prescription to obtain it.. Its not illegal to posess it without a prescription, which is cool..
