I was just wondering If it would be ok to put my air purifier in to my grow room. thanks, and keep on tokenassit:
If you got the room, then go for it. A carbon scrubber hooked up to your exhaust is a prime odor control, and isn't so space-consuming, but to answer your question I say YES you could put your purifier in there.
All The Better If It Pumps Out Negative Ions If Your Room Has Mylar ( Or Even White Visqueen Plastic ) By Placing Your Air Purifier In There Will Help In Keeping Down The Dust That Builds Up As Long As It's Safe From Any Water Splashes , It Can Only Compliment Your Room Mine Had An Ionizer , Which I Have Read Has A Positive Effect On Plant Growth However , I Burnt It Out By Leaving It On ( I Use Timers On Oscillating Fans And Other Appliances Nowadays So As Not To Burn Out Any Parts That Can Overheat. I Also Have Air Compressors On A Timer ( Using Two Instead Of One ) Prevention Is The Best Cure Joe
If your air purifier just uses a filter system then should be no problem. But you don't want deionizers or ozone generators in close proximity to the plants. Both have reported negative effects.
