female or male?

    I have some sacks for flowers I think. But I dont see pistils. Does this mean I have a male? I am still just in early veg

    where do you see this? between the nodes?


    how long is it in veg? if its over 4 weeks you can determine the sex. if you see a pistil then its a female, but a sac is definatly a male. Is it your only plant?

    Check the FAQs, theres some nice male/female pics...balls = male...Pistol and hairs = female...

    abis -- if you are still early in veg, then the sacs you see at the nodes could be the start of new branches. Eventually, two fan leaves will open up from that spot with a new growth shoot between them.


    if you're sure it's a preflower but you don't see pistils, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a male. I had a plant that showed preflowers at the 5th week of veg, but pistils (white hairs) didn't sprout from that little nub for almost 10 days.
