    I'm a HUGE Pats fan.I even got to tackle a star running back at a practice. Ok, so it was in '64 or '65. I was about 5 and hit him below the knees(where else) and he didn't see me. Thought my father was gonna whip my ass. Most of the yardage against them are garbage yards. Other teams seem to go up and down the field at will...until they get close, then they tighten up and shut them done. Stats suck if you don't get to see how a game progresses. I always thought the Steelers and Pats should get to play the Super Bowl against each other. A lot of their playoff games are better than most Super Bowls. (most. Just not the ones the Pats are in).

    Sal Alosi, Jets asst coach- Fucking PUSSY!!! You could see him brace and lean into the contact as Nolan Carroll was coming down the sideline. A blind shot on the knee of a guy not expecting contact....total bush league pussy move. He could have destroyed a career and he knows it. If he doesn't get fired he should at least be banned from the sidelines by the NFL.

    My thinking now is that they were never as good as their record. They've been doing this with smoke and mirrors


    Last year, they got hot at the end of the season and Rex played on that to build their confidence. After the unimpressive wins before the Pats game, they unwound when the Pats dismantled them.


    The swagger is gone and so is the confidence and confident players play better. They are capable of playing over their heads.


    They are not that good and will be lucky to win another game the rest of the year. They couldn't score on Miami's defense. Can you imagine what the Steelers will do to them?


    Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
