So I'm going to take a big new step in my life, and I'm moving back east. I'm working in NY state right now, and I think I want to call it home for the next stage of my life. I've lived up here before, a long time ago, and I've missed it ever since.

Idaho sucks my ass and I'm sick of stupid fucking mormons. I didn't know how much I hated them until I was somewhere else, where there's diversity and normal fucking people and *gasp* open-minded people.

It's a big move, and I'm nervous, but excited as well. I'm looking at getting a fixer upper, because I love doing that kind of thing (I'm pretty good at it too) and I will also be able to build a nice new sweet grow room inside.

I just wanted to share with my GK fam my new adventures in life, and I am looking forward to sharing my new grow, as soon as I can get it rolling...

    Love and peace to all

Wow! Congratulations on having the nads to face yourself and recognize that you weren't happy where you lived. Moving can be difficult but I have a feeling that this will turn out well for you. Good luck!

Thanks, guys, for the cheers :) It is for sure scary taking that step, but life's about living, right? And if you don't jump out there and live it, wtf are you really doing? Waiting to die, IMHO.

Ofo, I've lived here before, and there's 4 seasons here. Compared to Idaho, where there's winter, and the 4th of July. I dig the scenery. I'll miss big rocky gray mountains, I'll have to get used to the little guys here, with shitfuck snow to ski on, but I can always fly back to ID.....

BB, Mr T isn't coming with me.

  5. I grew up in upstate ny. Beautiful place, but damn the weather can sure SUCK a good portion of the year. Other then that, and the taxes, it's a damn fine place to live (well, anywhere north of Newburgh and east of Syracuse IMHO)

Psh, compared to Idaho, NY ain't got shit!!! It regularly gets negative teens and twenties in Idaho, and tons of snow. Yeah, I know it feels different with humidity, chills to the bone, I've lived here, I know. but -25 is just that. Fucking ridiculous.

I like having 4 seasons, anyway. Makes me feel like a human. Call me weird....

  10. Where I'm from hit -18 (WITHOUT windchill) this past winter and got up to about 105 (close to 113 with heat index). High humidity as well. NY has got just about every extreme
