i dont know if this is possible, but after i've clipped the buds, can i return to vegitation for some new growth and flower again, or should i start again w/ fresh seeds? thanks--420.

It is possible to "re-veg" as the kids say, but its usually not worth it considering it usually takes a few weeks for a plant to respond w/ new growth, plus yield isnt that significant.

    It be possible though!

Also to add to his answer if u "re-veg" you will not have the potency of the first grow. So if that doesnt bother you then sure you can get another, usually smaller yeild, harvest.

Bud, I don't understand. My plants are scrog, all grown up into the canopy, I'm over 2 weeks into flowering and have removed alot of the smaller branches. The light is on 11 off 13. It will be reduced to 10 on, 14 off after another 6 weeks.

The buds are developing nicely and don't seem too bad compered to the earlier crop. Personally i'm treating it as though it were clones or fresh plants, it looks the same.

Plants can be re-grown after budding and do it faster than plants grown from seed..To do this save some of lower branches and turn light to long hours.. Another advantage to re-growing plant would be that you know sex of plant.. Have fun.

Toolman you are so right!!! :animbong:

LoL!! BuD3 I was thinking about the blisters on your remaining branch. I think it could just be bulging out to support the plant. I remember asking what the bumps on my main stems were towards the bottom of my plants. Anyway someone said the were just supportting the plant because it wasn't a male.

    Possiblity! :animbong:

Dammit I put my blunt down while typin and it went out! 3rd time its went out while postin lol!!!!! :smokin:

    re: re-vegging:

I've tried it as have a lot of my friends.

It takes as long as a month when you switch lights/nutes before you go back to vegging. In that amt. of time you can root clones and veg to a foot tall.

Potency is usually the same, but some plants can't take the stress and die; others go into a kind of 'suspended animation' and don't do much of anything.

Cloning is far superior to re-veg, imo.

Re-RE-VEGGING Works great put roots in new bigger container with compost, potting soil leave some good branches ..It Never took a month for new growth to start..Yeah some die and some grow well.. Regrowing plants is good for people who have limited stock to work with .. Clones are great too ..Well have fun All..
