Ok, to start with....anyone who says they enjoy trim time, IS A LIAR !!! Well that's a bit extreme. They must not have had back surgery either. Talk about time consuming, and "STICKY"....My house smells like a skunk. Which isn't a bad thing to me, but my sons 3rd birthday is in 9 days... Well its possible it wont be noticeable. I Only have 3 plants left and 2 are ready to be harvested, and 1 very close also. I spent 4hrs on each plant and had 10. The last week has been rough! Can't wait to smoke some, I've been using a EZ-Vape and its nice but not very portable. Also seems like I use more herbs with it. Pics will be posted when finger aren't so sticky.........asssit:
I remember when I first started here.... I was saying everyone was crazy for bitching about trim time. I couldnt wait to have my own dank skunkiness to trim and then smoke. Well after my first plant that enthusiasm quickly wained... I now dreed the trim day...
I've accidentally cut 2 main branches off a blu chocolate within 48 hours while pruning... that pain is emotionally much worse than back pain can ever be
whiner I just got done with #4 out of 24.it took 7 hours 3 people each one filled an advanced nutrients quick cure rack. Using a trim pro. That's 10 more days of work approximately. SO QUIT COMPLAINING MY WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD REEKS OF DANK.
Having too much to trim is one of life's good problems. I'll be embarking on that journey myself this am.
Having too much bud to trim is no reason to bitch!!! It may suck but hey, come on....you got lots of bud. Suck it up. Just think how good it's going to feel in a couple weeks. Ok, ok. I know some don't get me. I'm not dismissing your back pain, I know it sucks. Believe me. I need to have my knee replaced but I still have to kneel and clean out my DWC buckets every week. Pain just makes you stronger and builds character.
To those who think I'm complaining....I am. I grow because my pain is extreem and my gardens are my relief. We need Pennsylvania to approve State bill 1003 and/or house bill 1653 LEGALIZE TODAY!!! Get out and vote, your opinion counts.
If that's your 'stash' then it's a job. Yes trimming sucks but it's part of what we get paid to do. You could be doing lawn maintenance and trimming shrubbery at lower pay without the bene' of scissor hash. Yer choice bro. One armed trimmer here and I can run about a pound every six hours.
O its not so bad! the effort pays off. When you get this, after trimming! you need to take a break. Personal photo.
I used to do it all at once but its usually trees and after about 2 days its fuckin old news. Now I just do 4 or five branchs at a time when I have free time and it goes pretty quick also saves the FINGERS T6
Dude ditch those big ass scissors and get yourself some Fiskars trimming shears. Your hands won't get tired and you definetly won't get the blisters. Fiskars buy them. Also I use a spinpro for any bottom or bs I may trim up. It works pretty well, definetaly saves time. Sometimes you need to do a quick touch up after runnin them though, but it still saves time. Trimmin sucks period. But nothing good comes without hard work.- SE
For me ,one of the greater elements of cultivating your own herb... ... was always being able to give someone a few buds to trim it for me

Sure is alot better, although some are starting to jam up, which is a pain. O and the trimmers are sometimes a pain, especially to cut all those sugar leafs, of the bud. To make it looks good. The trimmers go that big curved edge, which you cant get IN TO the bud.
Everyone needs a lil box of ALCOHOL SWABS from a pharmacy, you get like 100 for $3......use them to clean off your scissors after a good scraping, makes them like new and spring back nice too
Ooo great idea CC, will do just that. :read2::read2: I thought they jam cause of rust or something. :bduh: Again thnx for the TIP, lol, " no pun intended" :coolbounce:
