Iv been watching this Jodi Arias trial for AGES now on live streaming day in and day out and the girl changed her story 3 times then she got showed up as a bad liar during the trial among other shit. So for me it was obvious she was gonna get guilty but i didnt know if she would get life or death penalty. The jury just came back hung!!!!! Aint no way they can find 12 unbyest people for a jury in that county:5eek: They might change the venue huh?Im not 100$ sure how the court system works over there but can you guys clear one thing up for me? This doesnt mean a retrial does it??Cos surely you cant have a retrial when your already found guilty:ponder:

Surely this just means a new jury has to decide her fate?? Im telling ya this trials been one of my favourites so far.And iv kinda developed a habit of streaming a few of these:5eek: NBC did a good show called ALONG CAME JODI and its interesting viewing. Iv seen cop interviews where the cops leave the room and she starts doing handstands and shit:roll: I'll say one thing,im glad we dont have the whole tv in court thing over here....but it does make good viewing. Anyone else been watching this?- LIVE STREAM: http://www.livenewschat.eu/twoon/

I think TA they have already convicted her of murder. They just had no aggreement whether she would get the death penalty or not. Wow if she ever gets out whoever sleeps with her had better sleep on their stomach

Yeah it was pretty greusome man. 27 stab wounds ,a slit throat and a bullet aswell:eek: She totally planned it,she stole the gun from her grandparents and she made sure she had a paper trail that looked as if she was somewhere else,it stops dead at the time of the murder. Then she told cops she wasnt there until a camera showed she was so she changed her story to say a gang broke in and did it.Then when evidence was so heavily stacked against her she played the domestic violence card. Its a bad case. Whats the point in a jury taking the oath and saying they dont have a problem with the death penalty when it comes to it they cant bring themselves to decide if its death or life? Personally i think life is suitable. Deaths the easy way out.Life in prison is no mean feat:2c: Very intresting trial though, loks like theres gon be a few more episodes for me to smoke along too:5eek:

Ya just never know looking at her she looks sweet and innocent you would never know she was a killer. Ha ha just like the saying nothing worse than a woman scorned.

Yes, I've invested a lot of time watching this, and I'm appalled that it went to mistrial. We haven't heard how the jury was divided yet ... that will be interesting.

Actually, I'm glad to have my life back. I spent way too much time watching this malipulative woman!

TheApprentice, have you ever decided if someone should live or die?

not a decision to be made lightly and some just cant reconcile the thought of another persons death being their responsibility even if that person's death is justified.......

    Decided,no...

Max i dont doubt it is man and personally i would NOT like to be on that Jury. I couldnt send someone to death cos i dont believe in death penalty except for the worst kiddie fiddlers and rapists out there but even then i STILL feel a lifetime in jail is harder for the accused to deal with than facing up to their death. But no i wasnt being critical of the jury, more just curious cos i thought over there when you take part in a trial like this that you have to say at the start if you would have a problem sending someone to their death.I would so id say i couldnt do it. Dont get me wrong though im not naive enough to not realise that many of them lkely didnt have an issue with it at the start of the trial but as the trial has went on they have maybe started to realise it aint as easy as they thought. Especially when you start to get to know the accused during the trial and this Jodi seems quite articulate and believeable....until shes proven to have lied about everything.

Yup i dont envy the jury and you could see from their faces it wasnt easy. But they DO have a responsibility to the victim and the victims family. My original point thogh was surely when they all found her guilty of murder that they knew it was gonna come down to this? The live stream i watched were like "this is a victory for jodi" and all this shit.I peronally dont see how it is cos either way shes still gonna die or rot in jail till she dies. All shes got is a temporary and short reprieve. You couldnt pay me to be on a jury. To stand in court and know 15(UK juries) other people hold your life and liberty in their hands aint nice. Its a hard job for sure:thumbsup:
