What is it with you these days? Cracking on like smoke and oakam! Those pics are great pics, not just the subject matter which is impressive enough. Right on!
To "crack on like smoke and oakum" is an old nautical phrase that means to sail fast and furious. However, the phrase has connotations of stealth, silence and importantly Surprise! I was aware of the nautical meaning of the phrase but not the secondary meaning relating to stealthlyness and suprise. Right on man thanks :thumbs-up:
I gotta give props for those too. Damn good looking buds. I grow the K O Kush and that Jackberry cross is sure getting my attention. Nice ! :good job::good job::good job: BBT
I've noticed that foxtail thing with a couple of sannies strains. I have had it happen on ko kush and killing fields. It looks bad ass on a purple killing fields.
I've had strains that grew like that. I hated trimming the colas when they had a lot of foxtail formations. Tedious and time consuming. Kinda cool looking but I prefer to not have to trim them. asssit:
I don't like them at all. I noticed that both of my strains that did it, they only fox tailed when grown inside. Same strains outside and it never happened.
I've grown this several times now all from the same mom and this is the first time it's really fox tailed like that. It's also the first time the buds were so oddly shaped too. Early in in week 5 or so I decided to go ahead and remove all of the damaged leaves from a little potassium issue I had. I figured the leaves were going to die anyway and I really hate trimming out dead leaves at the end because well, they a fucking pain. Im guessing that's what caused the bud to form the way they did. They do look cool though and they're all hard as rocks. I did find one solitary hard shelled but white seed which I find perplexing because for the life if me I can't find a nanner anywhere in the garden. Just a freak I guess. Cheers Duc
Thanks BBT, I've not grown sannies KO Kush before but I did grow out a few Jackberry F2s a year or so ago. His KO kush must be some strong ass weed because the JBKO is way more potent than the Jackberry is. It doesn't taste as fruity as the straight jackbery did but TBH I prefer the spice the KO kuch brings to the plate. Not bad for a freebie either  Cheers Duc
As a comparison here's a couple of pics of my current round at the end of week 7. Both runs are from the same mom but they sure turned out differently.
