Im trying to gain better ideas for a future upgrade. Thought it'd be cool to learn what some folks dreams are like or even professional ideas.. Me, id love to run a room like 18x16, 4 rows of flowering in some kind of Ebb n Flow setup, probably the bucket setups....under like 3k per row.....then a veg room like 16x8, all tables under a few 400s .......I just have no clue how to cool that kinda space or even somewhat control airflow/exhaust/heat/etc...
Id prob do a drain to waste system . Properly set up probabaly the most efficient system as far as nutes , and the most reliable as far as ph.
I'd like to have 2 flower rooms off set with 4k apiece for production. Probably 10x10 and run 4 plants per light. Veg room with 2k plus t5's. On top of that, I'd want a 2k organic room set up for personal head stash and breeding. I like coco alot, but I'm thinking e/f is the way to go. Less media associated bug issues and I'm not tied to a specific nutrient type.

Hidden entrance (Old central heating cupboard thats only used for storage now) . Some extractor fans linked to the old heating ventilation shaft. A small Veg chamber in an aquarium mainly for cloning in one chamber with storage shelf (tools,string,seeds) and beer refrigerator above for nutes,organics,etc) and 2 separate small chambers. One for the flower room and one for a smaller room where i can run some floros and keep a mother in veg for a period and maybe have a compact compost/organics area that doubles up as hanging area post harvest aswell as glass mason jar storage up abovefor curing. Small closet style space. Set of 600w HPS and some vertical lighting. Max 8 plants growing in 5 gallon pots Try my hand at some Hempys maybe but my medium would be a mix of coco,vermiculite,perlite going on in there.Would like to do one pot or maybe two pots using a fully proper organics medium so i could do side by side comparisons of the hempy,organics and the coco mix.Chrome tiled sterile floor, Chrome sterile tiled walls covered with permanent Mylar type lumen reflector. Built in air con unit. Fully timed set up where the plants get fed and watered via small hose/sprinker in each pot. Smoke alarm and auto sprinkler system in the secret chamber in case of the obvious when im not home. If i had the money and the nerve then thats my dream id like to come to fruition:eusa_pray: Thats my dream. A room that hides in plain sight and would pass any estate agent inspections and random landlord visits aswell as unseen by my kid and any visitors. Stealthy with no smells or tell tale giveaways and small but big enough to supply all my medical and recreational needs and maybe a little surplus
I would do like airplane hanger sized heated greenhouses so I could use the sun instead of the power company as much as possible. I'd run lights too, and go year round in big tables.
^^^^ Yeah man thats the idea.... hangars and solar powered lights... shit man throw in a wind turbine too for powering the air con and electrics. Time delay locks on all the entrances with a self destruct sequence that can be initiated haha,hell yeah im running with this:tvlaugh: Some illegal vietnamese trimmers and security locked inside... cover the hangar in carbon or some shit that doesnt show up on thermal cameras... On a serious note,best grow room i ever saw was some guy in Cali i think,he had an underground grow warehouse complete with forklift trucks the lot!!! Theres some real good ones on youtube too Heres one in the UK that captured my imagination cos they put it in a disused railyway tunnel network that strecthes for miles. A 10ft by 20ft room as part of a underground bunker built on 5 acres somewhere in the wilds of Colorado. Its' own power supply and enough food, ammunition, supplies, and fuel for 2 years. Dream big. Peace....
