White Widow/Lemonberry grow!

I never let the males go that far unless I'm making seeds, for sure never saw them get like that on a vegging plant. I am getting ready to flush my table, how long do you flush on an 8 week strain and do you use all water or some nutes too? I'm thinking all ph'ed water for 7 days.

 

It appears to work well, I'm liking it.

Amazing how it bounces back so fast. I may have to try this on a couple plants this time around. The strain I'm growing is very dense and I had mold issues last time. Did a pretty big trim 6 weeks into veg, over 50%. These ladies look great!

The White widow is on the table on the left side of the room. The Lemon berry are the two plants in the back right side of room.

Well this weekend marks 3 weeks since the first defoliation. So I just finished defoliating the girls and here is a before and after shot!

 

They look bare. How long did that take?

 

OldSmokey, Start to finish it took me about 3 hrs. It's a lot of work but worth it.

 

I cleaned them befor and afterwards.

 

Ok.... It's been a while since I've surfed around on here, this new pruning of almost the whole plant is pretty crazy!!

I know why one would trim the bottom stuff, even some middle thick stuff, but what's this massive trim do?

 

It concentrates the plant to put more growth into the bud production. On an even better note, well not better but very helpful, there is a lot less leaves when time to trim and all the sugar leaves are intact with hardly any fan leaves to contend with.
