Im only 6 days into 12/12, on my first WW grow. I have 3 very healthy prospects , but I'm not seeing any pistils. However, through my tired eyes I think I am seeing some male flowers starting on 2 of them. On the third I see absolutely no flowers, male or fem. Any WW growers that could tell me if the males show much earlier than the fems? Ive worked so hard to keep everything just right, and I have taken 4 clones from each plant in hopes that I will get at least 1 female parent. But I am just not sure. The little bastards are just not very big, and I only have a cheapo magnifying glass. Not much good. I could use a link to some pictures if anybody has some. Help me out here folks. Awesome pics, Highcountry. Thanks. Yeah Im gonna be patient, but Im anxious as always at this time of the grow. Funny thing is that Ive had 4 grows to date, and all from bagseed. Good stuff, but definately not WW. On the first grow, after I started with 16 seeds, I ended up flowering only 6, due to space and light. But, they were all female, well one was a hermie, but female at first, so Ive never really seen a male flower show its ugly head.And from there I cloned a couple of the best ones, even jogged 1 that gave me 22 nice colas. Hersparky, I needed some quick responses, so I thought the "topic" would really get everyones' attn.. Definately my favorite subject after Growing, of course. Man this is a blast. Sure wish I had sprung for the fem seeds instead of the regs. Oh well. I still have 5 beans left, if this grow turns out all male, and clones already if there is a fem or 2. Alright. Here's the dealio folks. I have 2 males and 1 female. It's official, no doubt. I was pretty sure about the 2 males, but the third wasn't showing at all. Until today. Now the males are going bye-bye, and the lone female gets all 300 watts HPS to herself. I have clones of her that should be rooted in a few more days. It took 8 days for this WW from Badass Buds to show female sex, and only 4 for the males. Kinda cool. Gives you a chance to get rid of them before there is a fem to get fertilized. I wish I'd had better luck, but hey, at least I got 1 fem. Tick-Tock, Tick-Tock, this is gonna be a long 9 weeks( 10 total) I can hardly wait. Thanks for the pics and the advice.
