From my experience I always wait until all the hairs are reddish/brown and its always tastey as fack and gets me really high and I smoke everyday....
I had one of them ufo lights, I thought it was a waste and didnt work. Hps and MH was much better.
I have had this problem with 1 batch of seeds. My friend gave me a bunch and everyone did it. Probly bad seeds
