    1. empty grinder showing bowl/insert/lid

    2.Add a capfull of bubblegum

    3.Close up the grinder, the insert slips over the motor pin you can see in the centre of the bowl, and put the cap on and grind.

    how long you grind for and at what angle gives different grades of kif,this run it was ground hard for about 45 secs,plenty shaken lol.


    4.empty grinder and lid mmmmmm

    5. Roll a J with the waste hehe, been saving my kif, and squashing it into nice little balls, just nice for my bong bowl hehe.Hope that helps greenthumb.enjoy.

    Thanks ming that was detailed and looks like it works real good and good for some of us lazy arses. I have a few grinders but i don't think they work quite that well.I'll give it a look on Jay's site.:cool:
