Boy Charged With Abducting Exotic Dancer

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A 13-year-old boy was charged with abducting an exotic dancer when she showed up for an appointment at what turned out to be a vacant house with no electricity, police said Monday.

When the woman entered the house at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 16, she realized her client was a juvenile, police spokeswoman Rene Ball said. The boy told her the contract was for his older brother, but no one else showed up. The woman tried to leave, and the boy pointed a shotgun at her and ordered her to dance for him, Ball said.
She tried to call 911 on her cell phone, but the boy grabbed the phone. The woman bit the boy's hand, broke free and ran to her car.

The boy was arrested Thursday and charged with abduction by force, conspiracy, using a firearm to commit a felony, brandishing a firearm and transporting and possessing an assault firearm at age 13. He was being held at the Virginia Beach Detention Center.

The names of the woman and the boy were not released.

Police were trying to identify a second juvenile suspected of being involved in the abduction plan.

The AA12 Assault Shotgun is a weapon constructed with heat treated, corrosion resistant, aircraft quality stainless steel. It is gas operated, air cooled and fires from the open bolt. The A12 is both box magazine and drum fed having a rate of fire 360 rounds per minute. HiCountry , I meant Assult-Shotgun as in a legal deffinition , like the legal tricks pulled over Assualt-Rifles and how they are regulated . Like if the plug is out on a pump and you're carrying more shells than "allowed" and it is probably a whole 'nother charge .


Not that anything matters to a 13 year old like that . He won't be away long . He's gonna be candidate for the NBA when they let him out . Do you even need a diploma to play for the NBA now ?

Shortened up with full open choke for slugs and a flash suppressor , laser pointer and folding nylon stock with pistol grip ,all in a flat black finish of course .

Didnt think of that RD see in the fantasy I was the dude with the AA12 taking out the "villians" and the terrorists well didnt really think of what they were carrying same goes for the home invaders.


But you make a good point there hombre sure as hell wouldnt want to run into either of those groups carrying a couple of those things or even one of those things for that matter. Guess if it came down to it would all depend on who can hold the barrel somewhat horizontal and pull the trigger the fastest cause you sure as hell dont need to do much aiming with something like that.


Wouldnt stop me from having one for home invasion purposes though, weve been victims of a home invasion and next time their gonna be picking up their kidneys(or whats left of em) with a flat nose shovel. Id gladly take an AA12 to sons a bitches like that because its either us or them and its gonna be us as far as Im concerned.

 

My friend Bill used to say the same thing ("kill 'em all").


Until 1 night my cousin (and Bill's best friend) Ronnie got drunk, his wife locked him out of his house for the night and he went to crash on Bill's couch.


Being drunk and not wanting to wake Bill up, he decieded to climb in the window.


Bill head the noise, got his gun and fired 3 .38 slugs into the person "breaking in" (Ronnie).


Ronnie spent the next 20 years of his life in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the chest down, and had to undergo numerous surgeries.


Bill dismantled his gun and threw the pieces away in various locations, and bought a dog.


People the world over get along just fine without guns at home. And consider this:


-In Calif, if you shoot someone in your house, you'd better hope that the guy has a weapon and you shoot him face-to-face, or you will be arrested.


-Think of the mess. Aside from the blood and guts on your wall you'll have blood, piss, **** and vomit on your carpet. And would you want to live there anymore?


-Guns used for "home protection" are 35 times more likely to be involved in shooting someone you know than for home protection.


A dog, without a doubt, is the best form of home protection. They also PREVENT most attacks/burglers or at least warn you by barking.

We keep a shotgun next to our bed, as long as criminals and homicidal maniacs have access to guns, we will be keeping a shotgun next to our bed.

 

My whacked-out partner was in his glory the other day. He'd just seen the new Machine pistol on the History channel. You'd a thought this guy just got laid. It's a regular Glock but you can add a clip & throw a switch & it's fully automatic. Dude was so impressed. A machine pistol!! How'd you like to have a misfire or accident with that?


I personally am against guns. Pot is illegal but killing tools are OK? I have a temper. I can tell you I may have shot my ex if I'd have been armed. But I wasn't, so I didn't. I'd guess there's even weaker folks than myself out there? Because you & yours are safe with them means diddly-squat when your child/anyone is visiting a playmates house & their parants are not as responsible. You wear a seat belt because of the OTHER driver, not because WE are reckless.

Great Points Sticki I agree whole heartedly- BUT the reality would be that for it to work TIME (and I mean alot of it) would have to pass before every gun was "purged" from existence. In a Utopian society, it would be great to have no guns, however there will always be wars, where there's war...there's something to be used as a weapon.


We are competitive beings, we want to have THAT special advantage against our adversaries. Personally, I fear guns, but I can swing one. I have alot of conflict about when and how to instill a RESPECT that is needed for my children to possess. Fact is they are a reality and used properly they can feed our families...it's hard to give up that one thing that might be the last chance of putting food on the table, or defending oneself......


I can see both sides to this arguement. Fighting fire with fire only leaves the ground burnt and everything dead, and dead is a bad thing to be.-me....wow now I'm a philosopher. Any way -that's my stream of concious (rant)

..IMO, if the laws that are already established, were enforced, it would take a great toll on the number of firearm deaths. I don't, however agree with your deduction that eliminating handguns is going to eliminate violent home invasions..if thats what you were saying. ....IMO, there in lies the key..."education and respect...I was reared in an environment where firearms were an everyday presence. I was allowed to witness, firsthand, exactly what a firearm is capable of..."killing". That alone instilled the 'respect' that I possess today. Never is killing "pretty", but often is necessary/prudent.I was also educated in the proper handleing and use, at an early age, and I'm doing my best to instill theses values and education on to future generations. VIA my 3 sons an my 6 yr old grandson, which BTW, is a "purty fair shot"
