Well due to stupid shit my boss may loose just about everything including the house i rent from him. We are lucky..we have work for the same company that manages his properties....anyway this house is up for sale and is supposed to be sold in 60 days or less and i was told this 3 weeks ago.... I do the attic as some know...anyways if sold the house will be inspected by the new owners...if they don't eject me and do a re-model ill be a happy grower.... assuming this does not happen yet knowing the city and the banks will inspect to see if things are up to code and of course insulation.... in....ya you guessed it in my attic has made my hobby quite precarious But being the hard headed MF i am i decided shit rolling down hill can kiss my white ass..... So for now i made lemonade with the lemons hehe.... OK what i did was use an area that had 3 foot by 10 foot i could chop off so to speak. Since the house is not sold yet and the owners have never seen the inside..... I made a secret room buy erecting a new wall for 57 bucks in materials hehe ,,anyways I will be running a digi 600 and a mag 400 watt in there and if i use shelves i can cram my veg area in there too. What i need to know is how big to drill the intake hole/holes????? in the floor and how big to cut the exhaust hole in the wall...im going with venting outside the house as a vent in the attic might make some one go hmmm Only other thing i need to do is clean up the attic from all the evidence of what i been doing there for the last few years. Any tip are welcome...i can provide pics but its pretty cut and dry i know where the wires are and where the joist are, just need to know hole sizes and recommendations for fans thanks
Shameless bump again the room is 3 x 10 x 8 foot high if no one helps me ill just put a box fan in the opening and blow ganja scents all over the hood. If i use a 6 inch intake ill need at least a 8 in exaust? Oh the exhaust will be piped up a ways to the roof then vented. would a stronger exhaust fan than say a 8 inch be needed? the vent pipe is appox 20 feet. thanks man
naw, if you use a 6inch fan sucking OUT, then you need atleast a 9inch hole sucking fresh air IN, the intake should be on the bottom of the grow room to get fresh cool ain and the fan sucking out should be on top, where the hot air typically is
