adding outlet?

    Guys I have a 110 outlet on one side of the wall. Can I go on the other side and add another 110 outlet off those same wires, or is that a no, no.:5eek:

    You really should try to find everything that is on that circuit before you do. Never exceed 80% amp draw of the total circuit amp draw, that is the key to being safe with it.

    So long as whatever you plug into that new outlet doesn't draw too much juice, you are good to go

    It's safe. Like the others have said don't use more than 80% of that circuit, now with 2 on it.
