We all have our hot buttons that get us moving toward a candidate. Mormons are definitely going to vote for Mitt (as small a group as they are). If blacks, as an ethnic group, identify and vote for Obama that's their right too. The reason a person votes is sacred and theirs alone to judge. What's appalling is when a candidate plays to ethnic divisions. It only serves the candidate, not the ethnic group and certainly not the nation as a whole. He's being a modern day mirror image of George Wallace. But then what should we expect of a guy who buys into Critical Race Theory. Funny the odd juxtaposition. Wallace: Dem Governor, white racist, Dem Pres candidate. Obama: Dem Senator, Critical Race Theorist (black racist), Pres and Pres candidate.

An overview of the tenets appears rather innocuous at first glance. It's when looking at how it's used that the racism becomes apparent. The belief that there is NO race neutrality in ANY facet of American institution and the intent to implement solutions based on such a belief. To fully integrate the changes CRT followers are looking for requires a form of redress that simply marginalizes the historical "dominant" race or culture. Which is simply racism toward another group used for redress. Really dislike using overly coined examples, but take a look at the allegory in Bell's "Space Traders" story for a basic underpinning of the beliefs and directions intended by CRT theorists.
