I was reading this article : http://www.internationaltaskforce.org/cd.htm#110 about doctor assisted sucide. One of the key points was that states that legalized this practice could not have access to federaly controlled substances(mainly barbs) in order to put the law into practice morst efectivly. Anyway since this is obviously unfair they are taking it to court. If the courts let state law trump federal law here I don't see why it should be any diffrent in say, California, where docs want to perscribe pot. This would eliminate the need for compassion clubs (and Ed might still be free) because if doctors could PERSCRIBE rather then just RECOMEND MJ then it could be obtained from a pharmacy like any other perscription drug.
