What about the newer auto crosses, which are cross bred with ruderalis genetics that have been back crossed for greater potency. The new high times featured an article in which jorge cervantes talks about these new strains, specifically AK47 x lowryder #2, which have overcome the shortcommings in potency which characterized the first autoflower strains
I got lucky with a nice ak-47 x lowryder specimen that was very tastey and trich loaded. It however did not yield much @ all. I think it was 6g dried. it was in the cab with others, under 12/12, that might have made a difference. In my opinion these are a waste of time, i wouldn't want any of it in my gene pool, or in my closet. There HAS to be a reason people want to use these, and for whatever your reason is I'm sure we can inform you of a way to accomplish your goal with normal gals.
To me, auto strains are for ppl who grow outside, who dont want to wait all season before they can harvest. If your growing indoors than you can control light cycles so why bother with plants you cant control and produce weak bud?
I still don't see the point in AF strains. Why fuck up a good strain, just cause your too impatient to grow a real one? I think I'd rather wait a few more months for a lot bigger harvest than have a small yeilding, watered down strain.
Me too, but i have see some decent window box grows with them. You dont want your entire window overgrown by a weed plant thats been growing for 4 months do you lol.
