Breeder - Fusion Genetics - Casey Jones x Landrace Thai (Casey Jones is [Trainwreck x Thai] x Sour Diesel) Flower Time - ??? Yield - ? This cross is a one off, and wasn't going to be given out. This was personal seed stash to go through. However, 2 people have received them as a gift, so I figured I'd put this up. Casey Jones is a heavy ass yielder, an easy kilo per 1kw. She is a big plant, grows very vigorously and branchy. Smells of Sour Diesel with hints of the TW and Thai. Flavor is very earthy. A true delight to the pallet. She doubles if not triples in height during transition to flower. Flowers in 11-12 weeks. The Thai male used was truly a studly specimen. He flowered early for a landrace Thai, and produced the most pollen of any male I have seen. He was big and stout, with huge clusters of resinous staminate flowers. Watch out for this one fellas, she's gonna be monster big. Be warned, she is gonna stretch big time.
Here's an idea of what you're in for. Casey Jones flowered 18" will finish up at about 4 feet. The Thai male flowered at a little over 2 ft. tall, and finishes at 9 ft.

I don't want to speak for Fusion, but here's the basics: Fusion is Useless/Hupla's breeding company that is currently beta testing their work. You can't buy them, and those that have the seeds applied to be testers. The call was indeed public, but I'll let Useless go into more detail on that if he chooses. The strain descriptions are up here because there is no public source of info out there on these new strains, and testers wanted to know what to expect.

Dixie, Casey Jones is from H3AD Seeds. I just crossed it to my Thai male. As for Fusion, we are just getting our feet wet, as it were. Hupla and I have been working on this behind the scenes for over a year now. He's one of the few people I have met with as much for the plant as I have. So, after some discussion, it was decided we would work together to accomplish a few things. Fusion is the embodiment of ours ideas, and ideals. If all goes well, seeds will be available for retail purchase in the New Year. The call for testers was a public thread here on GK. I was initially going to pick 6 people, but so many responded, anyone who followed the instructions got to be a tester. you missed it, maybe next time. T6 - Rky is the first one to put these in the ground. I germ tested them, and went 10/10 in paper towels then into soil. But I won't have time to fully run a batch until after the landrace afghan's are finished, in mid Jan. Those are where my focus has to be atm. , like I said, wasn't planning on releasing these. So you'll either have to wait, or pop em open and see what you get! BB - like I told Dixie, maybe next time. Keep your eyes peeled.

All the seedlings are about 3" - 4" tall and seem to be doing just fine. Super happy bushy seedlings.:alienwink:
Well, here's the babies at a month old. The Bangkok Betty is taking off with great vigor and very nice foliage. I was out of town and didn't get a chance to update before I left and I've been back a week now, so I HAD to get some pics to update these beauties. Both are growing nice nicely. This one is the smaller of the two. But, it's still very nice. Think FEMALE! Here's the bigger of the two. So far so good. I'm sort of pressed for space in the flower room, so these babies will have another month or so in veg to get nice and bushy. Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate any comments. :alienwink:

I've got two that have been sitting since Oct 2009 collecting dust. I'll dig for a hood and see if there isn't something in the old store box. Otherwise that piece is on you bro. Tell Joe he can take off the gloves...I have a latex allergy and would hate to chaffe.
