Merry Christmas to me. Sannie's showed up on the day before Christmas.


So this will be the grow log. Probably pop em about the first of the year





just waiting on some stubborn Sativa's to finish and then here we go.

ahhhhhhhhhh k.o. Kush excellant choice I have grown out the f-3 version. Low growing plants not near as stretchy. Strong kushy taste and a excellant high has the heri breeding in it ya know!! Mine did not have a high production small sort of like heri buds but knock out and well worth growing. Never have tasted anything like it.


ONe of my favorites. Ha have two seeds left.

The K O Kush F4 and Amnesia haze x Choc Rain grow is off and running


You got to love Sannie's stuff. The K O beans sprouted in 24 hours and were ready to go in the starter pots in 36.


The Haze/Choc Rain beans were only 12 hours behind the K O.


I started 6 Kush and 4 Haze beans. They will be grown in Pro Mix


with some added dolomitic lime. Going to veg them for a couple of


weeks under the 600 MH light before I flip them to the 1000 k HPS and


go to 12/12. I am still debating the nutes, it is either going to be the


Alaska fish emulsion and mor Bloom or give the Advance Nutrients another shot.

I haven't grown any of the Kush strains til now so, as always, any nute tips, etc. always appreciated.

Hi Gk


Time for an update to the grow. The Plants are now at 16 days since


poking their heads above ground. I have 6 K O Kush and 4 Amnesia Haze/


Chocolate Rain going. They have been under a 600 watt MH 18/6 for


the veg cycle. Had their first half strength shot of nutes 2 days ago.


Gonna let em get a little bigger then flip em to 12/12 and go under


the 1000k HPS for flower. May isolate a couple of males and do a bit


of pollen chucking to get some seed out of the deal as well as grab


some clones if I get a kick ass looking female from each strain.

As for nutes, I am going to use the Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow and


Sensi Bloom two part formulas this round as I had good results with them


on my last grow. I have Cal mag plus sitting around as well if the plants


start looking like they need a boost.


The K O Kush should be about a 7 to 8 week flower period. I am thinking


the Haze crosses might go longer from what I have read about em

They look happy and healthy. Just finished growing my first Kush (Kandy Kush), which I like a lot, so I'm looking forward to learning about this one.

 

K o Kush and Amnesia Haze x Choc Rain grow update


Hi Gk,


I am about 36 days into the grow now. Flipped em to 12/12 at day 30.


Started off with 6 of the Kush F4's and 4of the Haze/ Rain crosses.


Three males have shown themselves and are removed, leaving me with


4 K O's and 3 Haze plants going. The remaining haven't declared yet


but I have a good feeling about the rest of em. They should show sex


for sure in the next week. So far they have been simple to grow, just a regular nute regimen with no glaring deficiency's . The Amnesia Haze crosses are growing faster than the K O's , I think the Kush plants


are going to be not much over 2 feet after the stretch.


Anyway here is the requisite group shot. The HPS is on here, sorry.





The Haze/choc rain is a pretty plant








And here is one of the Kush plants.





So, all is good so far, just hoping to see the rest of em to show female.

Time for an update to the grow. After starting 10 seeds I wound up with


3 Kush females and 1 Amnesia Haze x Choc Rain female, The pictures


show the plants about 3 weeks into flower. The Haze plant is just now starting to show pistils so it is going to finish later than the Indicas.


With luck, maybe the K O's will be ready by my Bday in late April.


Both breeds have been simple to grow so far with just running light


doses of the Advanced Nutrients Sensi grow/bloom two part nutes.


Given em a little cal mag plus here and there as well.

Looking forward to trying these strains out, I still have 4 more Kush seeds left for future reference. shame about Sannie's situation right now.

Nope, not topping this time. The Kush shouldn't get too big anyway.

update on the K O Kush F4's


Hi GK,


About 5 weeks into the flower cycle on my Kush F4's now so time


for an update. I have three ladies going and looking good. This strain


has been easy to grow - no problems encountered at all. They are


fairly light feeder's if ya'll ever decide to give em a try. Don't go


to heavy on the N during veg. Been feeding them with the Advanced nutrients Sensi grow/bloom two part nutes. I am thinking this bunch


is going to run between 9-10 weeks. They are under a 1000k


horitlux hps, growing in promix with some added dolomitic lime.
