   I've got a 400 watt metal halide system. The transformer says for metal halide and mercury lamps. Will this work with a 400watt HPS bulb?? I tried one but I am pretty sure it was defective. Any body else made this bulb change?

   Keep using an MH bulb. HPS bulb will not work in iMH ballast.
