    Hence the sarcasm rasganjah mon. Although hypothetically, you could die of asphyxiation by CO poisoning with a gas mask on. If you had a friend committed enough to keep packing and lighting it as you feel asleep..haha sick thought right?

    There has actually been one known death from cannabis.


    In the 70's or 80's an afghan man was driving a truck loaded with 10 tons of hashish. He crashed the truck and was crushed to death by the cargo.


    I cant remember where I read the article, maybe an old high times or something.

    actually i'm sure there are deaths associated with smoking marijuana. Look at yourselves, haven't you ever been so stoned you almost fucked up royally? Hell I have many many times


    Don't confuse OD with actual deaths...it's near impossible to OD, but don't think someone hasn't gotten super stoned before and had an accident that resulted in their death

    That is like blaming being sober when cutting your finger off with a saw. The pot didn't do it, you did.


    Alcohol and other drugs are different. I've never hurt myself stoned when I would not have otherwise hurt myself.


    People use prescription drugs all the time and kill themselves in non-drug related ways. We don't count that as death by whatever pill.

    Yea we do count them...if you are taking pain pills and drive you will be charged with DUI/DWI whatever it is in your state. If you are taking heart drugs and are involved in a work place accident....YES they note that you were taking a heart drug and look at the possibility of that drug causing the accident!!!


    It is illegal in my state to take anything that intox you and drive...hell I wrote that into corporate policy in case of an accident. If I piss test you after you are hurt and you have a prescribed drug in your system, then the burden of proof lies on you to show that the drug did not cause the accident.


    You have to look at things from a neutral standing....if you are saying you are not MORE prone to accidents while high, then you smoke shitty pot. End of story....I wrote our policy that oxycotton/and others like it are in the same class as marijuana/alcohol.....because they cause just as many accidents in the workplace. By doing this, I eliminate the argument "my doctor gave it to me so it's ok"....same as my state says "we don't care if you Dr. gave it to you, don't drive while intoxicated "(legal or illegal drugs doesn't matter) because someone else should not die because of your choice of actions


    Once again, if smoking pot is like taking a vitamin to you, then you need to head north and I'll hook you up:passsit:
