Some of you already know i have a massive ph problem that will most likely cost me my current grow :-( Not gonna get into that cause it make me want to scream:5shocking: That MG orcanics is so acidic not even lime is getting it higher than a 5.

Anyway i have a 1 month old lowryder 2 fem she is still healthy and luckily i vegged her for 3 weeks under a MH and even though they say they dont branch out mine has i count 7 growing tips (including the top) now mind you at the longest they are 3-4 inches long .

My question is cant it be done? Keep in mind she is autoflower and about 1/3 thru her lif cycle no budlets yet but she already smells of skunk.

Should i try it and if so what would be the best way to go about it?

I remember reading they are hard to clone but don't quote me on that.

I thought to suggest a method I read about in Marijuana botany if indeed that strain is hard to clone.

Page 31 Etiolation and Girdling plus other things help get cuttings rooted.

Too much to type but it even suggest cutting back on nitrogen to help get shoots ready to clone.

Well nitro is locked out ATM . Im gonna give it a shot this weekend worst thing is she dosn't root.

I do have 1 more question was wondering if this could save my grow .

Could i pull them out of there pots remove as much of the soil as possible (going as far as showering (washing)the root ball) and then replanting in some fresh and correct soil. If i did this i wouldnt have a solid pack root system maybe in the very center but i surely would end up with loose strings how would one go about replanting ?

Would they make it thru the stress of having there roots cleansed of MG filth?

    I'm sure you can...

    That's radical but perhaps necessary.

Of course I suggest liquid kelp when you put them back in new soil.

I'd go with a water dunk rather then pulling of the roots.

I'd gently put the soil mass in water and wash away the soil.

I feel good to get a majority of soil out and not worry much about some MG soil left.

Gentle is how I'd do it...

Sorry to hear you have PH issues...

Dolomite lime in your new mix?

O yes i have learned my lesson the hard way and won't have to relearn it again trust me. I went with the MG organic cause i didnt want to go on a 260 mile drive to get FFOF what a mistake that was.... I now am watching a once beautifull 3 foot tall vegging plants with god only knows how many branches slowly die... Its breaking my heart to be honest she was my first and ive gotten attached to her.

The lowryder is just now starting to show signs of Nute lockout (now that i know the early signs ) but she is still healthy ,Ill be able to transplant on saturday im just hoping its not too late. Here is a couple pics.

I am the poster boy for the phrase "TEST YOUR FARKING SOIL PH!!"

    3 foot?

    I'd try clones.

    Is it root bound?

Let me tell ya that I have some that are three feet tall and I know they fill up 165 gallons of root space..

Well 6 do I have three atm...

So they may not have as much root mass.

Each year I have to dig and tear up the soil to break up the roots.

I had to pull plants out of MG soil during my first grow. I filled a bucket with water and gently massaged as much of the dirt out of the roots as I could. Just be easy with them and you should be OK. Your plant may experience some shock for a week or two. I hope this helps.

I just repotted her 4 days ago she was rootbound but not anylonger now.I don't know if she is healthy enough for clones she is looking pretty bad these past few days.

It seems to be a whole lot of things missing..

I mean they look alive and well..

    Trace and minor I think...

Goota get them outta the acid bath they are in first. For shits and gigles stick a ph testor in MG organics my testor thing stops at 4 i bet that crap is even more acidic than i have the means to read.

Liquid kelp got it adding it to my 260 mile shopping list ;)
