From what I understand 1500ppm is the amount of CO2 to be kept in the flowering room at all times, what im trying to figure out is how thats done with the fans blowing in the room and ventilation fans sucking the air out. Whats a good method guys?
Forget about Co2 for now and concentrate on learning to grow a proper plant. As long as there is adequate ventilation and air movement there will be plenty of Co2 to grow good buds. Supplementation of Co2 is to boost yields but good sized yield is possible without it. It requires a sealed room with no exhaust fan to exchange the air so that the Co2 can build up. It requires a Co2 monitor and controller as well as a source for the Co2, either Co2 tanks that need to be refilled or a generator and all of these things can get quite expensive.
No worries. Glad I can be of some help. I had many of the same questions starting out. I grew for more than a year before I even thought about adding Co2. Even then, once I found out how much it cost to set it up properly, I decided it was too expensive for a personal growroom setup. I only added it once my business partner and I decided to grow for medical patients.
I tried co2 while i was still learning, It dose nothing unless you have learned to grow properly first. I have hundreds invested into it and am not even useing it anymore. I will probably use it again in a few months. first you have to learn to grow healthy plants and then you have to weed out the bad genetics and then you have to have a sealed room and i mean very sealed, any cracks that are not sealed will depleat the co2 and make it cost even more money.
I use a burner on a timer and have my exhaust fans on a thermostat..it leaves skid marks where it sits...CAUSE ITS THE SHIT !
