Erm.. oh yeah, back to the subject... The stuff i was taught was more for anxiety disorders and not specific to OCD. Mary gave ma a technique to work with which seems to be working well. Im going back for a assessment (sp? been out of school too long) sometime in Dec so ill see how it goes from there. BTW can i sit on your knee Mary while you stroke my bald head?
