Great post and a very interesting development. I would like to see what bullshit justification that the feds use when they raid the next dispensary in CA. that is operating within the guidelines. oh, I am sure they will come up with some crap reason but, none the less, this is a good step forward. Equal Protection is there for a reason and this is a perfect example. It's going to get more and more pathetic as the slide to legalization or fed recognition of Med use becomes a reality. This is one case where being so freaking big actually helps our cause. The more convoluted the message from Washington gets the more rational we appear. Which of course isn't hard since our side is the rational side of the argument. It's like the DEA raiding dispensary growers while the IRS levies taxes on them. That type of incongruity has long term effects in the way people on the outside view the Feds position.
