I'm always telling new growers on a budget to scavenge craigslist for deals. You can find great deals like this. A new never used 400w MH/HPS ballast, two new bulbs, bat wing reflector and two yoyo's for hanging your light. I picked it all up for $100. All you need for a decent garden right there. Go to it guys! If you buy off craigslist remember two simple rules. Never ever EVER discuss growing. Even if the cat seems cool don't do it. He/she knows what that light is for but you don't need to confirm it. Never EVER buy a clone or seeds if offered. You may laugh but I had a guy do this. I laughed and said he's talking to the wrong cat as I walked out with two like new HTG 250w HPS ballasts, Eye hortilux bulbs and reflectors for $100. cheers,
