they are never really too long to put plants outside.. you can put them outside when there is not enough light, causing them not to develop and mature fully, giving you less bud and smaller shittier plants.. outside now is a good time to plant your seeds/clones/plants, to answer your question.
wwboy got 9 of em in the ground now about 6ft and summer jist starten.they got a bunch of head start so im really hoping for a fair harvest come october.wish me luck.
