Hello community of like-minded people. Its good to be official at last! I've been lurking here for months now reading all the FAQ's and stuff, and getting my shit together. I'm new to growing indoors (never grown weed at all) and all of your posts here have been really helpful so far. My first grow is coming along nicely. I'm growing Purple Kush which I bought as clones (see, i have my medimar card and I just go down the street and buy 'em). They are kinda expensive that way but I figure by the time I buy ten seeds, have less that 100% germination, kill off half because they are males, it all nets out. I started off w/ a 250 lumatech w/MH for veg and HPS for flower then added a 400W same setup because I felt like I didn't have enough light. Plants are 1 month in flower now and have some nice (not awesome, 6-7", but hey, its my first try) buds. I'm growing in coco w/Botanicare Pure Blend pro-grow and pro-bloom. No issues w/plants at all aside from less than spectacular yeilds. I've ordered a fan to cool the 400 because my room stays pretty warm. Gonna have to figure out how to keep it cooler during the coming warm months. One thing I tried from the forums that I really have to recommend is the qwiso hash. Man! I was wondering what to do with that skuff and I made a gram or so of some mad hash. Down side is all of a sudden my wife is into it. She's like "where's my hash??" and I'm thinking, "what have I done??" Next up, Aurora Indica and Mazar. Already got the seeds and waiting to finish this PK. Oh, yeah, just read the JOG posts. I'm definitely gonna try that asap. Another thing, I did successfully clone these plants, and then I also successfully burned them up! Oh well. I'm gonna harvest the PK then try to kick them back into veg at least long enough to get more clones off. I need to divide my grow room for simultaneous veg/flower. Lots of good stuff here. Evil, I paid $20 per clone for 6 clones, which is what I'm allowed to have. Nothing stopping me from buying more the next day, but since I can take as many clones as I can take (if I don't burn them up) I don't really need to buy them again. And yes, I am looking forward to having GK solve all my personal problems, but that can wait for another day. Well, no, I really need someone to tell me how to veg my plants for 10 days, flower for a week and get 10# of bud per watt w/15watt christmas lights feeding only gatorade (do I stop the gatorade and flush with piss in the last 10 days of flower or what?).
