hey Chof, i figured that's what he meant, but was kinda hoping for a response because his statement was so ambiguous and therefore absolutely useless.

I looked into Early Misty and couldn't find much about the smell. One grower said it smelled very strong in flowering, but all the other reports didn't mention smell. What they did mention is that Early Misty takes way longer to finish flowering than stated by the breeder, they need till end of October to finish.

yea, your rght good strain to start late, i had to start these in august hoping i can pull off some buds, its a skunk hybird, would have rather started them in june, maybe next year, what do you think will they be mature enough to flower?

I don't know, I've never started plants outdoors in august. Have they started flowering already? How big are they now?

don't wanna be a bummer, but I don't see them producing anything this late. Lets say that they were to start flowering by the end of the month, you'd would still need warm weather till beginning of December to be able to finish them off....and that's IF they start to flower soon. I say we won't know until we see for our selves, lets hope ya live somewhere tropical :thumbs-up:

are you saying this from experience or just guessing, i know that plants even when grown for months are thin stemmmed and lanky, when they flower they develop size, early misty could provide a second harvest in nov, end of october for the first, my plants have strong root systems, they could take off, if they grow 2 inches a day, i could have 3 footers by the end of sept then another foot or two when they bud, maybe, i have never grown outside, your knowlege is welcome

I'm not speaking from experience with your situation, just kinda looking at the circumstances. I'm not saying that its not worth a shot, just don't know where you live and how long you can leave them outside. For instance, where I live we get our first frost in mid Oktober, so it would be impossible for a plant that isn't flowering already now to finish in time (since the budding process takes about 2 months). If ya live somewhere tropical, lets say ya have warm weather until December, it would probably be possible to finish her off. That's just going off of logic, not experience

If a plant can be grown indoors from start to finish with a 12/12 shedule, it should be theoretically possible to grow and flower a plant outdoors during flowering season too....anybody else got any thoughts on this?
