    Lahore, Pakistan...celebrating the start of spring,Lahore residents partied for 24hrs over the weekend, the highlight being a 24hr kite flying comp...the idea  is to snare as many kites as you can, the winner is the guy with the most...some of the tactics involve smearing their lines with powdered glass to cut their rivals kite strings....the
    skies will be full of some real techno-kites soon, armed to the hilt and flying at mach two, wonder if they'll try an' bring 'em down......?
